Dr. Sherif El Gabaly, Chairman of Polyserve Group, participated in the Egyptian mission accompanying H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi during his state visit to the Republic of Korea.

The visit, which took place in Seoul from the 7th to the 9th of October, focused on strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the mission, El Gabaly, alongside several key Egyptian business figures, participated in a roundtable with leaders of major Korean companies to explore opportunities for deeper economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.

Discussions highlighted opportunities for cooperation across a range of sectors, including fertilizers, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive manufacturing, electronics, mining, energy, and advanced technologies. Additionally, talks included the establishment of an integrated Korean industrial zone within the Suez Canal Economic Zone.

The mission reflects Egypt’s commitment to building strategic international partnerships that go beyond traditional trade to advance industrial localization, technology transfer, knowledge exchange, and joint manufacturing.

The visit saw the signing of 12 MoUs, focused on economic and social partnerships, signaling a strong partnership potential between the two countries.
